Qualifications

• Experience in electronic security systems or related coordination.
• Familiarity with Lenel, Axis, Verint, DMP, or fire alarm systems.
• Ability to read security drawings, electrical and civil plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with tracking project lifecycles, schedules, material needs, and status reports.
• Take direct ownership of smaller-scale security integration projects within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate between the i2G team, technicians, subcontractors, and customers for clear communication.
• Maintain project equipment inventory, folders, and assist with updated red-line drawings and closeout packages.
• Learn to work with integration engineers on programming security systems (access control, intrusion, CCTV).
• Read and interpret basic security drawings, electrical and civil packages.
• Assist in creating project proposals and change orders with Sales and Engineering.
