i2G Systems in Michigan is seeking an Electronic Security Associate Project Manager to join our team. This entry-level project management role will support experienced PMs on large-scale security deployments and independently manage smaller installations, coordinating local engineering, sales, technical teams, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and eager to grow in the technology security sector.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in electronic security systems or related technical support.
• Familiarity with Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, DMP, and fire alarm systems.
• Able to read security blueprints and electrical/civil drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with tracking project lifecycles and risk reports.
• Take direct ownership of smaller security integration projects, on time and within budget.
• Act as liaison between i2G teams, technicians, subcontractors, and customers.
• Maintain project equipment inventory and documentation, update drawings and closeout packages.
• Assist integration engineers in programming security systems (access control, intrusion, CCTV).
• Read and interpret basic security system drawings and civil/electrical packages.
• Assist sales/engineering in creating proposals and change orders.
