Job summary

i2G Systems in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Electronic Security Associate Project Manager to support senior PMs and manage smaller deployments. You will coordinate engineers, sales and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.

Strong organization and communication are essential as you take ownership across the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in electronic security or related fields, basic knowledge of Lenel, Axis and Verint, and familiarity with security

Qualifications

1-3 years of foundational experience in electronic security, construction coordination, or related technical support.
Familiarity with Lenel, Axis, Verint, Commend, DMP, and fire alarm systems is highly desired.
Ability to read security blueprints, electrical drawings, and civil construction plans.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with tracking project lifecycles, schedules, material needs, and risk reports.
Own smaller-scale security integration projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Coordinate between i2G team, technicians, subcontractors, and customers for clear communication.
Maintain project equipment inventory, folders, and updated red-line drawings; assist closeout.
Learn to work with integration engineers programming electronic security systems (access control, intrusion, CCTV).
Read and interpret basic security system drawings and electrical/civil packages.
Collaborate with sales/engineering to assist in proposals and change orders.
