Job summary

i2G Systems in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an experienced Senior Electronic Security Project Manager to lead large-scale deployments of enterprise access control, video surveillance, and integrated low-voltage systems.

You will oversee full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover, directing field leads, technicians, and subcontractors while collaborating with sales, systems engineering, and client executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electronic security systems and low-voltage installation.
• 4-5+ years in a dedicated Project Management role overseeing enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong PropTech, commercial facilities, data infrastructure, or industrial security background.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern multiple large-scale security installations, controlling scope, milestones, schedules, labor budgets, and margins.
• Lead field technicians and subcontractors; enforce safety, quality, and code compliance on-site.
• Review security drawings, floor plans, riser diagrams, and integration with ACS, VMS, IDS, and sensing platforms.
• Serve as main client contact; run status meetings and risk reviews with executives.
• Oversee BOMs, materials, change orders, and subcontractor billing; manage closeout packages.
• Collaborate with estimating and engineering on scoping and proposals for complex expansions.
