Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Associate Electronic Security Project Manager in the United States. The role supports experienced Project Managers and independently handles smaller installations and service deployments.

You will coordinate local engineering, sales, technical teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality delivery. Candidates should be highly organized with strong communication skills and a drive to grow in the technology security sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of foundational experience in electronic security systems, construction coordination or related technical support role.
• Basic familiarity with electronic security platforms such as Lenel, Verint, Axis, Commend, DMP, and fire alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with tracking project lifecycles, schedules, material needs, and regular status reports.
• Take direct ownership of smaller security integration projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Act as liaison between i2G team, technicians, subcontractors and customers to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain accurate project equipment inventory, folders, red-line drawings and closeout packages.
• Assist integration engineers in programming electronic security systems (access control, intrusion, CCTV).
• Learn to read and interpret security drawings, electrical and civil packages.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering on proposals and change orders.
