Puttshack in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to maintain our unique game technology, ensuring reliable operation and a fun guest experience.

You will troubleshoot electronics, read schematics, use testing equipment and hand tools, and support venue teams. 2+ years in technical support or maintenance preferred; willingness to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations.
• Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
• Familiarity with technical documentation; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment
• Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics.
• Experience with using hand tools and small power tools
• Possess a guest focused mind set; provide an exceptional experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with management, peers, and guests
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi task
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, nights, holidays, weekends
• Post-offer background check required
