Job summary

Puttshack Minneapolis is seeking an Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to keep our interactive game technology running smoothly. You will troubleshoot, repair and calibrate the game systems, read schematics, and collaborate with the venue team to resolve issues quickly and maintain guest enjoyment.

This role requires 2+ years in technical support or maintenance, proficiency with PC hardware, and a hands-on approach to electronics and mechanics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems and PC hardware installations.
• Ability to learn and support unique software/hardware systems for our games.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
• Skilled in electronics and mechanics with hands-on tools.
• Strong communication with management, peers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Puttshack game technology to ensure proper operation.
• Repair, calibrate, and replace parts as needed to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with venue team to resolve issues quickly and safely.
• Document repairs and report ongoing concerns to leadership.
• Ensure safety and reliability of game systems in a high-activity environment.
