Puttshack is seeking an Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to keep our unique game technology running smoothly and safely. The Game Technician will troubleshoot, repair, and report on technical issues, ensuring a positive guest experience on the course.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical maintenance, experience with PC hardware, electronics, and tools, and a customer-focused mindset. Flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations.
• Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
• Familiarity with technical documentation; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
• Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics.
• Experience with using hand tools and small power tools.
• Guest-focused mindset and ability to provide an exceptional experience.
• Effective communication with management, peers, and guests.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi task.
• Flexible to work varied schedules including days, nights, holidays, weekends; standing/walking for extended periods.
• Pass post-offer background check.
