Puttshack in Edina, MN is seeking an Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to keep our unique game technology running smoothly. You will troubleshoot, repair, and report issues to ensure a fun, safe guest experience.

Candidates should have 2+ years in technical support or maintenance, be comfortable with PC hardware, schematics, and testing equipment, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical support or maintenance experience.
• Proficient with computer systems and PC hardware installations.
• Ability to learn unique game software and hardware systems.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
• Hands-on electronics and mechanics experience.
• Experience with hand tools and small power tools.
• Guest-focused mindset and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot game technology to ensure proper operation.
• Work with venue team to resolve technical issues quickly.
• Follow safety and reporting procedures and document issues.
• Read and interpret technical documentation for repairs.
