Puttshack is seeking an Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our unique game technology. The role focuses on ensuring continued operation of game systems while delivering an engaging guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in technical support or maintenance, and be proficient with electronics, schematics, and small tools. On-site work across venues with flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations.
• Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
• Familiarity with reading schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
• Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics.
• Experience with hand tools and small power tools.
• Guest-focused mindset delivering exceptional experiences.
• Strong communication with management, peers, and guests.
• Flexible to work varied schedules including days, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Post-offer background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain functionality of game technology across venues.
• Troubleshoot and repair to resolve issues promptly.
• Document issues and report repairs to the venue team.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure guest experience remains engaging.
