Job summary

Puttshack is seeking an Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to maintain the unique game technology across our venues. The Game Technician ensures systems operate safely and effectively, troubleshoots issues, and communicates with the venue team to resolve problems quickly while keeping guests engaged.

You'll work with electronics and mechanics, read schematics, use hand and power tools, and learn our software/hardware systems that drive the game.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations.
• Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
• Familiarity with technical documentation; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
• Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics.
• Experience with using hand tools and small power tools.
• Possess a guest focused mind set; provide an exceptional experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate with management, peers, and guests.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi task.
• Must have flexibility to work varied schedules including days, nights, holidays, and weekends; standing/walking for extended periods.
• Post-offer background check required.
