Job summary

Puttshack is seeking an Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to keep our innovative game hardware running smoothly. As a Game Technician you’ll troubleshoot, fix, and report issues, working with the venue team to maintain guest experience and course uptime.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical support or maintenance, comfort with PC hardware, schematics, and electronics, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support or maintenance, preferably in gaming/entertainment.
• Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations.
• Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems for the game.
• Familiarity with schematics and wiring diagrams for diagnostics.
• Experience with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
• Skilled with hand tools and small power tools.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication with management, peers and guests.
• Flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Post-offer background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot game technology to ensure uptime.
• Diagnose issues and implement timely repairs on site.
• Document repairs and report recurrent problems.
• Collaborate with venue team to keep guest experience positive.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
