Puttshack is seeking an Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our game technology. The role requires troubleshooting, reading schematics, and using electronics and mechanical skills to keep the courses running smoothly for guests.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical support or maintenance, experience with PC hardware, and comfort working with documentation, wiring diagrams, and testing equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations.
• Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
• Familiarity with technical documentation; read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
• Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics.
• Experience with hand tools and small power tools.
• Customer-focused mindset; provide an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Kneel, stoop, bend and twist frequently.
