Puttshack in Pittsburgh is seeking an Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to keep our unique game technology running smoothly on the course. You will diagnose, repair and report issues, ensuring minimal downtime and a fun guest experience in a fast-paced venue.

The role requires hands-on electronics and mechanical skills, comfort with schematics, wiring diagrams, PC hardware, and diverse shift coverage including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations.
• Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
• Familiarity with reading schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
• Skilled in electronics and mechanics.
• Experience with hand tools and small power tools.
• Guest focused mindset and ability to deliver exceptional experience.
• Strong communication with management, peers, and guests.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair game technology to ensure proper function and safety.
• Troubleshoot and report issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with venue team to resolve technical issues and maintain guest experience.
• Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electronic/mechanical systems.
