Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations.
• Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
• Familiarity with technical documentation; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
• Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics.
• Experience with using hand tools and small power tools.
• Possess a guest focused mind set; provide an exceptional experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate with management, peers, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Puttshack game hardware and software to ensure reliable operation.
• Collaborate with venue team to resolve technical issues promptly and safely.
• Read schematics and wiring diagrams to diagnose faults and perform repairs.
• Test electronic circuitry and components using appropriate equipment.
• Move and set up equipment in a fast-paced venue environment.
