Job summary

Puttshack seeks an Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our game technology, ensuring smooth operation and safe performance. You will troubleshoot electronics, work with venue teams, and help deliver a superior guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations.
• Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
• Familiarity with technical documentation; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
• Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics.
• Experience with hand tools and small power tools.
• Guest-focused mindset; provide an exceptional experience.
• Ability to communicate with management, peers, and guests.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Must be available to work varied schedules including days/nights/holidays/weekends.
• Post-offer background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot game technology to ensure optimal operation.
• Repair and replace faulty electronic/mechanical components.
• Document issues and report findings promptly.
• Collaborate with venue team to minimize downtime and improve guest experience.
• Safely handle tools and follow safety procedures during maintenance.
