Job summary

Puttshack is hiring an Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our unique game technology on the course. You will troubleshoot electronics, perform repairs, and document issues for prompt resolution, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

The role requires 2+ years in technical support or maintenance, proficiency with PC hardware, and the ability to read schematics. Strong communication and flexibility with scheduling are essential for success in a fast-paced venue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations
• Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
• Familiarity with technical documentation; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment
• Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics
• Experience with using hand tools and small power tools
• Possess a guest focused mind set; provide an exceptional experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with management, peers, and guests
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi task
• Must have flexibility to work varied schedules to include working on days, nights, holidays, and weekends and requires standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
• This position must pass a post-offer background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain game technology and ensure proper functioning of courses.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronics and mechanics as needed.
• Document issues and report to venue team for timely resolution.
• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment and stay focused on safety.
• Move about facility, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50lbs.
