Puttshack is Hiring: Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to maintain our unique game technology and ensure optimal performance. You will troubleshoot, repair, and report issues promptly, keeping the venue running smoothly and safely for guests.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical support or maintenance, familiarity with PC hardware, schematics, and electronics. This role requires flexibility for varied schedules and physical activity in a dynamic entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems and PC hardware installations.
• Able to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
• Experience with small electronic and mechanical repairs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds; kneel, stoop, bend and twist as needed.
• Read and write handwritten notes and document issues.
• Provide prompt troubleshooting and repairs to game systems.
