Job summary

Puttshack is hiring an Electronic Game Support / Maintenance Technician to keep our interactive game technology running smoothly and safely. The technician will troubleshoot, repair, and report issues with expertise in electronics and mechanics, while supporting a guest-focused environment across busy venues.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in tech support or maintenance, are proficient with PC hardware, and can read schematics. A post-offer background check is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in technical support or maintenance.
• Proficient with computer systems, technology and PC hardware installations.
• Ability to learn unique software and hardware systems that support the game.
• Familiarity with technical documentation; read schematics & wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with electronic circuitry and testing equipment.
• Skilled in practical application of electronics and mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods.
• Kneel, stoop, bend and twist frequently.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Work environment—potentially confined, crowded, guest occupied space of variable noise and temperature levels.
• Physical demands—move and lift 10–50lbs, navigate stairs and dimly lit areas.
