Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities in a high-speed environment. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while supervising frontline staff and coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role requires experience in lean manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication in English. On-site duties include managing resources, reporting metrics, and supporting production engineering

Qualifications

• High-volume manufacturing experience required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with Lean and 5S systems is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing and production activities in a high-speed environment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met and sustained.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and supervise frontline staff.
• Prepare reports and monitor KPI trends for continuous improvement.
