Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities in a high-speed environment. You will plan production, allocate resources, and ensure quality and efficiency while meeting safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising a Panasonic production team, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating with cross-functional groups to drive continuous improvement and cost control. Strong Lean/5S experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High volume manufacturing experience strongly desired.
• Experience with Lean and 5S systems.
• Good communicator with problem solving and people skills.
• Working-level knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in the Panasonic production process.
• Achieve and monitor all KPI areas (Safety, Financial, Production, Quality, Manpower).
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and investigate incidents.
• Lead Kaizen events to improve machine/production conditions.
• Coordinate activities with cross-functional departments and other supervisors.
