Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America in Sparks, NV seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities in the Electrode - Cathode area. You will schedule production, optimize materials and staffing, and drive safe, high-quality output while meeting cost targets.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and English communication skills, plus experience in high-speed manufacturing and Lean/5S.

Qualifications

• High volume manufacturing experience strongly desired.
• Lean and 5S systems knowledge highly beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience interviewing, hiring, and training a production team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in the Panasonic production process.
• Plan daily production activities to meet demand and quality targets.
• Monitor KPIs: Safety, Financial, Production, Quality, Manpower.
• Lead Kaizen events and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety policies.
