Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in high-volume manufacturing (batteries, electronics).
• Experience with quality tools: SPC, FTA, FMEA.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control plan inspections and ensure compliance with tasks and schedules.
• Maintain and improve the quality control process and act as the process floor quality representative.
• Conduct failure analyses and implement corrective actions related to process quality.
• Supervise a quality team of technicians and inspectors; evaluate performance.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop staff; assign and direct work; resolve issues.
• Develop process flow improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
