Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Production Supervisor to plan and oversee daily manufacturing activities in its Sparks, NV facility. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and resources to meet production demand while ensuring quality and cost targets.

Responsibilities include directing a team in the electrode-cathode area, monitoring KPIs, and leading Kaizen initiatives. A strong Lean/5S background and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High-volume manufacturing experience strongly desired.
• Lean and 5S experience required or beneficial.
• Must have working-level English language skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Panasonic production process employees.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and incidents investigated.
• Lead Kaizen events to improve machine/production conditions.
• Manage plan, scheduling, and resources to meet demand.
• Oversee inventory control and shipping/receiving activities.
