Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in the Panasonic production process
• Maintain safety guidelines and regulatory compliance
• Plan and direct daily production activities for the assigned area
• Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply
• Monitor KPIs and headcount, prepare shift reports and root cause analyses
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with other supervisors and departments
• Investigate safety incidents and drive corrective actions
• Support Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives
