Qualifications

• High-volume manufacturing experience preferred.
• Lean and 5S experience beneficial.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in the Panasonic production process.
• Plan, assign and direct work to meet production goals.
• Monitor safety guidelines and investigate incidents.
• Maintain KPI focus for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead Kaizen events to improve machine and production conditions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and other supervisors.
