Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Production Supervisor to plan and oversee daily manufacturing activities in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and personnel while meeting safety and quality standards.

You will set production schedules based on demand and coordinate with other supervisors. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with Lean/5S experience and proficiency in SAP/MES/Oracle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical School degree and 2-5 years supervisory experience in high-speed automated manufacturing preferred.
• Lean and 5S experience beneficial; strong communication and problem-solving skills essential.
• Must be proficient in English reading, writing and speaking; MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in the Panasonic production process.
• Monitor KPIs: safety, financials, production, quality and manpower.
• Lead Kaizen events and support Battery Eng, Production Eng and QC projects.
• Review line performance, establish SOPs and manage shift reporting.
