Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities in a high-volume environment. You will schedule production, manage materials and manpower, and drive quality and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and solid English communication. On-site responsibilities include cross-functional coordination, Kaizen participation, and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• High volume manufacturing experience strongly desired.
• Lean and 5S experience is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• MS Office proficiency for reporting and learning requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Panasonic production process employees.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; plan and direct work.
• Monitor KPIs: safety, cost, production, quality, manpower.
• Create shift end reports, root-cause analyses, and headcount reports.
• Ensure safety guidelines and procedures are followed; investigate incidents.
