Job summary

Qualifications

• High volume manufacturing experience strongly desired.
• Lean and 5S systems experience is highly beneficial.
• Must be a strong communicator with good problem-solving and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in the Panasonic production process.
• Plan, assign and direct work to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Monitor safety, costs, quality, and productivity indicators; prepare end-of-shift reports.
