Your Talent Team is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech in Wisconsin near Green Bay. The role focuses on electro-mechanical maintenance, PLCs, and AC/DC drives within a state-of-the-art facility undergoing major upgrades. Expect a 12-hour rotating shift with a guaranteed six consecutive days off each month.

Requires 4+ years of hands-on maintenance (or an Associate's degree + 2 years), US work authorization, and a 45-minute commute. Direct-hire with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance or an Associate's degree plus 2 years of experience.
• Proficient with AC/DC motor drives and PLC fault-tracing.
• Stable work history: max 2 employers in 5 years.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift including weekends.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of Greater Green Bay, WI and be US authorized.

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs across automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and drive systems; calibrate and fix faults.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults; clear line stoppages quickly.
• Read electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and ladder diagrams for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventive maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for advanced technical training or regional goals.
