Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks an Industrial Maintenance Tech in the Greater Green Bay area. You will perform electro-mechanical repairs, troubleshoot AC/DC drives, and work with PLCs to diagnose faults across automated production equipment.

The role offers a stable, direct-hire position with a state-of-the-art facility, a comprehensive benefits package, and a 12-hour rotating shift that includes a monthly six-day off block.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology / Automated Systems or 4+ years hands-on experience.
• Hands-on depth with AC/DC drives and PLC environments.
• Stable work history: max 2 employers in 5 years.
• Willingness to travel regionally (~2 days every other month).
• US work authorization: citizen or green card.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC drives, calibrate drives, diagnose faults.
• Trace PLC logic, identify input/output errors, clear line stoppages.
• Read complex schematics and ladder diagrams for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for regional training or goals.
