Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech with strong electro-mechanical skills to support a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Greater Green Bay area. The role emphasizes mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, PLC work, and PM execution within a 12-hour rotating shift and monthly six-day off blocks.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on experience or an Associate's degree plus two years, and must reside within a 45-minute commute of Green Bay, WI.

Qualifications

Electro-Mechanical troubleshooting across automated production machinery.
AC/DC motor drive diagnosis, calibration, and fault resolution.
Reading electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive electro-mechanical repairs on automated production equipment.
Diagnose and repair AC/DC drive faults and motor control systems.
Trace PLC logic and resolve line stoppages to restore throughput.
