Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech for a state-of-the-art facility in the Greater Green Bay area.

You will perform electro-mechanical repairs, troubleshoot AC/DC drives, and work with PLC logic across automated production lines. The role features a 12-hour rotating shift and six consecutive days off each month, with a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, and ongoing technical training investments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance or AA/AS degree plus 2 years.
• Experience with AC/DC drives and PLC environments.
• Max 2 employers in past 5 years.
• Residence within 45 minutes of Green Bay, WI.
• US citizen or green card holder.
• Willingness to travel ~2 days every other month for regional training.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives; calibrate and resolve faults.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults; clear line stoppages fast.
• Read complex electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for advanced technical training and regional goals.
