United Future is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech in the Greater Green Bay area for a 12-hour rotating shift with a guaranteed monthly block of six days off. The role emphasizes electro-mechanical troubleshooting, AC/DC drive diagnostics, and PLC fault tracing within a state-of-the-art facility undergoing infrastructure upgrades.

The position requires 4+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance (or an Associate's Degree plus experience), US work authorization, and a 45-minute

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• Experience with AC/DC motor drives and PLC fault-tracing.
• Stable work history with at most two employers in five years.
• Willingness to travel regionally for training (~2 days every other month).

Responsibilities

• Execute Electro-Mechanical Repairs across automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC Motor Drives and resolve faults.
• Trace PLC Logic & Electrical Faults in industrial contexts.
• Analyze Technical Schematics and ladder diagrams for overhauls.
• Lead Shift Hand-Offs and Preventive Maintenance programs.
• Participate in Regional Upskilling and training sessions.
