Connectly Recruiting seeks an Industrial Maintenance Tech in Greater Green Bay, WI. The role focuses on electro-mechanical troubleshooting, AC/DC drive maintenance, and PLC fault tracing within a state-of-the-art facility.

Eligible candidates have 4+ years of hands-on maintenance or an Electro-Mechanical AS degree, and can commit to a 12-hour rotating shift with monthly six-day blocks off. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology / Automated Systems or 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• Experience identifying/repairing faults in AC/DC drives and PLC environments.
• Career history showing max 2 employers in the last 5 years.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift including weekends.
• Must live within 45 minutes of Green Bay, WI and be US authorized.
• Occasional regional travel for training (~2 days every other month).

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical repairs and troubleshooting on automated production machinery.
• Diagnose and fix faults in AC/DC motor drive systems and power controls.
• Trace PLC logic, isolate input/output errors, and clear stoppages quickly.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for precise overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and drive preventative maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for advanced technical training and regional goals.
