You will perform electro-mechanical repairs on automated production equipment, troubleshoot AC/DC drives, and trace PLC logic to quickly resolve line stoppages on a structured 12-hour rotating shift with six consecutive days off each month. The role sits in a state‑of‑the‑art facility undergoing major upgrades, offers a comprehensive benefits package, paid time

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with AC/DC drives and PLC fault-tracing.
• Stable work history with a maximum of 2 employers in the last 5 years.
• Willingness to travel ~2 days every other month for regional training.
• US work authorization (Citizen or Green Card).
• Residence within 45 minutes of Green Bay, WI.

Responsabilités

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives; calibrate and resolve faults.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults; clear line stoppages.
• Analyze schematics, blueprints, and ladder diagrams for overhauls.
