The position offers a direct-hire arrangement, with a 12‑hour rotating shift and a block of six days off each month, plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience or an Associate's degree plus 2 years.
• Experience diagnosing faults in AC/DC drives and PLC environments.
• Stable work history with a maximum of 2 employers in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and power controls.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for regional technical training (about 2 days every other month).
