H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech for a direct-hire role in the Green Bay area. This position focuses on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of automated production machinery, including AC/DC drives and PLC systems.

You will join a state-of-the-art facility with a 12-hour rotating shift, six days off each month, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing technical training investments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or 4+ years of equivalent maintenance experience.
• Experience with AC/DC drives and PLC fault tracing.
• Stable work history: max 2 employers in the last 5 years.

Responsabilités

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs on automated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and power controls.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
• Read schematics and mechanical blueprints for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Travel for regional training about 2 days every other month.
