Modern Machining Solutions Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech focused on PLCs, AC/DC drives, and electro-mechanical maintenance in the Greater Green Bay area.

The role features a 6-day monthly block off, a direct-hire path, and a state-of-the-art facility with ongoing capital expansions. Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical experience or an associate degree plus 2 years, and must reside within commuting distance of Green Bay, WI.

Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair depth.
• Experience with AC/DC drives and PLC environments.
• Stable work history with at most 2 employers in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical repairs on automated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate AC/DC motor drives and power controls.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults; clear line stoppages quickly.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines.
• Occasionally travel ~2 days every other month for training.
