S&ME, Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & ME to drive growth and market expansion within a dynamic energy market.

This role focuses on leading multidisciplinary teams, building strategic client partnerships, and delivering high-impact engineering services across environmental, civil, geotechnical, and construction materials testing portfolios. You will shape the firm’s presence in the Electrical Transmission & ME space, partner with operations, and scale capabilities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Professional Engineer license (PE) is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
• Proven success driving revenue growth within Electrical Transmission & ME or similar markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Electrical Transmission & ME.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
