S&ME Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader to drive growth and lead our Electrical Transmission & Distribution market initiatives across the organization.

This role commands strategic vision, client development, and people leadership to expand our services in environmental, civil, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing. The successful candidate will build and nurture national client relationships, partner with operations, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven success driving revenue growth of core services (geotechnical, environmental, civil, and testing) within Electrical Transmission & Distribution or similar markets.
• Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector.
• 10+ years in project/program or market leadership roles.
• PE license is a plus; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and market expansion by developing and executing a strategic plan for ETD.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed revenue targets across services.
• Build and deepen key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
