Qualifications
- 10+ years in project or market leadership in Electrical Transmission or similar markets.
- Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients.
- PE license a plus; PMP certification a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission &ME.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets within the market for our services.
- Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
- Collaborate with local operations and expand existing client relationships.
- Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Deliver projects with focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
