Job summary

S&ME Inc. seeks a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to expand our market presence across geographies.

You will drive revenue growth, build client partnerships, and develop high-performing teams within our Energy Market framework. Based in the US with flexibility, you will lead multidisciplinary professionals and collaborate with local operations to deliver high-quality engineering, testing, and environmental services.

Qualifications

• Proven success driving revenue growth within Electrical Transmission & Distribution or similar markets.
• Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients in the electrical transmission & distribution market.
• A Professional Engineer license (PE) is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
