S&ME Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to drive growth across our footprint. The role focuses on revenue expansion, client relationship building, and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic market.

You will shape strategy, mentor engineers, and partner with operations to deliver safe, high-quality solutions for utility and private clients. This is a senior, full-time leadership opportunity.

Qualifications

• Proven success driving revenue growth in Electrical Transmission & Distribution markets.
• Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector.
• 10+ years in progressive project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients.
• PE license is a plus; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to hit revenue targets within the market.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Collaborate with local operations to expand existing client relationships.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and lead growth initiatives.
• Deliver projects with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
