Job summary

S&ME Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to drive growth across our footprint. This senior leader will shape strategy, win new work, and build high-performing teams focused on environmental, civil, and geotechnical services for utility clients.

Based in a flexible location, you will cultivate key client relationships, expand the market, and oversee delivery with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project/program leadership roles in power, utilities, or related markets.
• Proven ability to win and deliver opportunities for multiple clients in ETD or related markets.
• Strong network within the Power & Utilities sector.
• PMP certification is a plus; PE license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed revenue targets within the market.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative culture.
