Job summary

S&ME Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to drive growth across the organization. The role focuses on expanding our ETD market presence and revenue by building client partnerships and leading high-performing teams.

The candidate will shape strategy, collaborate with operations, and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions across environmental, civil, geotechnical, and construction materials testing services for utility and private clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities in Electrical Transmission & Distribution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue targets for core services.
• Establish and grow client relationships at local and national levels.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure projects are executed with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
