S&ME Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Electrical Transmission & Distribution across the organization.

The role involves building client partnerships, developing cross-disciplinary teams, and leading strategic initiatives within our Energy Market. You will guide growth initiatives, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery excellence, safety, and client satisfaction while staying ahead of market trends and technology shifts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
