With 10+ years in market leadership, you will expand revenue, mentor teams, and stay ahead of market trends while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability at S&ME.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients within the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market or similar.
• Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels within the market.
• Collaborate with local operations and expand existing client relationships.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences that lead to repeat business and long-term partnerships.
