Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Manager, Electrical Services to lead TNC Services' electrical maintenance, testing, installation, and outage support for commercial nuclear plants and other energy facilities. You will drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction while guiding field teams and subcontractors.

You will develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans; mentor engineers and technicians; ensure NEC/NFPA/ OSHA compliance; and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in electrical maintenance, testing, or outage execution.
• 3+ years leadership or project management experience.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance and outage projects from planning to completion.
• Provide technical leadership for field services and safety compliance.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to deliver solutions.
