Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Manager, Electrical Services to lead TNC Services’ electrical maintenance, testing, installation, and outage support for commercial nuclear power plants and renewable energy sites. You will provide technical leadership, ensure safety and quality, and drive client partnerships.

This role requires extensive experience in electrical systems, project leadership, and a strong safety culture, with up to 50% travel and a mix of field and office work environments to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent in related field.
• 7+ years in electrical maintenance, testing, installation, or outage execution in power/industrial environments.
• 3+ years leadership or project management experience overseeing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, RRE, and power distribution.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and safety requirements.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance, testing, installation, and outage support projects from planning through completion.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Monitor performance and support proposal development and technical reviews.
• Supervise field personnel and contractors; mentor team members.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
